•  You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter the email address associated with your account.

• Check your email as the change password link will be automatically sent to your email address associated with the account. 

• Click on the link attached to the email and you’ll be taken to a page where you can set up your new password. 

• Wait for the confirmation that the password has been successfully changed.

•  Now you can type your new password in the patient login.

2. How to find a dentist near me?

This is a helpful link: https://dentalchat.com/dentist-directory

• Fill in the needed information on the search bar and you’ll be given a list of Dentists.

• To view the dentist’s complete information, click View Profile.

 

• Connect with that Dentist by clicking Ask dental Question or Book Appointment from the upper right side of the page.

3. How to create a post?

• Log in to your DentalChat Patient’s Account.

• On the top right, click on Create New Request.

• Fill up the form and click Submit.

• You will be taken to the page where you can start chatting with the dentist

4. How to chat with a dentist?

After submitting your post (question #3) you will be taken to the page where you can start chatting with the dentist. Write your message on the space provided and click the blue arrow to Send.

5. How to request for video consultation?

On messages, you have two accessible ways to meet your dentist virtually:

a. Create a new post

b. Request video consultation

 

• On a pop-up message, click Continue to fill up a secured request form and payment.
• Click 15-min Video Consultation on the request form.

• After adding your secured payment information click Continue.

• Click View Messages on the following confirmation page. 

• The dentist will send you a link to your Messages where you will enter your name.

• Click Continue to start the video consultation.

• Now, you can start the video consultation.

6. How to request for an Rx prescription?

It is applicable to USA patients only.

• Click Create a New Post

• Indicate that you want a Video consultation Plus Rx Prescription.

• Fill up the secured request form and proceed with the payment

• Click View Messages on the following confirmation page.
